Before booking any tour or activity with us, please read the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email with full details.
- Please ensure your contact information is correct and active during your stay in Bali.
- If we are unable to contact you within 1 x 24 hours before your scheduled activity, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
2. Payment Options
- Full payment can be made on arrival (cash or QRIS available).
- Some packages may require a deposit in advance, which will be clearly stated during the booking process.
- All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged 50% of the total amount.
- No-shows will be considered a cancellation and may be charged in full.
4. Changes & Rescheduling
- Changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the activity.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- In case of bad weather or operational issues, we will do our best to offer alternatives or provide a full refund if needed.
5. Pickup & Timing
- Pickup times may vary depending on your location.
- Please be ready at your pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- If you’re running late, kindly inform us as soon as possible via WhatsApp.
6. Health & Safety
- Some activities may not be suitable for pregnant women or guests with certain medical conditions.
- Please inform us in advance if you have any health concerns.
7. Responsibility
- Balivana is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
- By booking with us, you agree to follow local regulations and respect cultural sites.
